    Using our various resources and ties within the Charlotte community to focus our staffing for your specific needs. Our top to bottom recruiting processes, with reference checks, are utilized to find the candidate to fit your needs.

  • Customized Testing

    We provide state and nation-wide criminal background checks as well as 7 panel drug testing. Alcohol testing can also be provided for driver related positions.

  • Dedicated Account Support

    An internal account manager will be placed with your account to facilitate staffing needs in an efficient manner.

  • Efficient Billing

    Weekly invoicing will be provided directly to your billing department and ACH payment is also available to allow for faster processing.

Our History

After years of national recruiting, Paramount Staffing management saw a need for a step up in the temporary industry. The communication and recruiting skills developed over the years in the recruiting environment were prime elements needed to enhance temporary placement. With that in mind Paramount Staffing evolved into a full service temporary and permanent staffing firm.  We have been improving and delivering for our clients ever since.
